Eclipseで No repository found containing が発生した場合

Eclipseでプラグインを更新しようとしたら、更新直後にエラーメッセージが表示され、プラグインの更新ができなかった。

エラーメッセージを確認すると、No repository found containing というエラーが大量に出力されている。
更新サーバ上にファイルが見つからないと言っているようだ。

試行錯誤をしたが、以下の方法で更新できるようになった。

1. ウィンドウ -> 設定 を開く
2. インストール/更新 -> 使用可能なソフトウェア・サイトの設定を開く
3. 更新できないロケーションを選択し、再ロードをクリックする

これで更新できました。
どうやらローカルにキャッシュしているサーバの情報が古かったようです。
